I was taking a picture of a nicely colored sunset 6:15PM April 10, 2017. The sun had just set and light was hitting the bottoms of some wispy clouds in a mostly clear blue sky. I noticed a bright spot "dripping" from one of the clouds that looked rather unnatural so I zoomed in and took a few shots. It's like someone took a really big cake decorator and squirted out a short strip of cloud with a shaky hand. You can tell it is below some of the wispy clouds since it appears to cast a shadow. Other wispy clouds appear in front of it at one spot so maybe the wispy clouds are at multiple levels.

I've seen a lot of contrails over PEI including some that appeared to start and stop here and there but nothing that ever showed these characteristics. This really looks out of place.
